Explore the maze of streets in Venice, and discover hidden treasures and restaurants in their back alleys. You’ll see this architectural wonder as well as many other famous
Italian sites.

Have your camera ready as you explore the historical sites of Rome, including the Colosseum, the amphitheater used for gladiatorial contests and public spectacles during the Roman Empire. Sit in a café as you admire one of Italy’s most unique squares in Siena. Enjoy wine tasting in Italy’s Chianti wine region, and shop for local goods in Italy’s Tuscany region.

Day 1 - Arrive in Rome, Italy (B)
Provided airport trasporation will take you to check into your hotel. Followed by the Treasures Of Rome.  A night walking tour including some of the city's fountains and majestic squares: Scalinata Trinità dei Monti (Spanish Steps), Villa Borguese and Via Veneto.

Day 2 - Rome (B)
The ˝Eternal City,“Rome is a city steeped in history, vibrantly alive and exciting, and absolutely unique! Included visits to St. Peter’s Square, the St. Peter's Basilica, Vaticam Museum, and the Sistine Chapel.  A walking tour around the Vatican museums to admire the beautiful tapestry gallery and the Sistine Chapel
with masterpieces by Botticelli and Signorelli. See the "Genesis" and Michelangelo's "Last Judgement".

Day 3 - Rome (B)
Today, we visit the Roman Forum, Palatine Hill, the mighty Colosseum and Fontana Di Trevi (Trevi Fountain).  Entrance tickets to the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill are included in this tour.

Day 4 - Rome, Assisi, Siena, Florence (D)
Departing Rome, you will travel by deluxe coach to Assisi. Stop in this mystic town for a panoramic visit of its  Basilica and the church of St. Maria degli Angeli. Departing, Assisi you will  travel on Italian superhighway (Autostrada del Sole) enroute to Siena.  Surrounded by ancient walls, this medieval city is famous for its Piazza
del  Campo, a splendid square shaped like a shell where the famous "Palio di Siena"  horse race takes place each year. See also the elegant Palace and the Cathedral.  In the afternoon proceed to Florence for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Florence (B, D)
After breakfast at  the hotel, embark on a morning city tour appreciating the artistic beauty of  Florence. You will
view the Dome by Brunelleschi, Giotto's bell tower and the  Baptistery. Next it's onto the Piazza della Signoria, Palazzo Vecchio and  finally the church of Santa Croce. Enjoy the afternoon at your leisure before  dinner and overnight in Florence.

Day 6:  Florence, Bologna, Padua, Venice (B, D)
Head to Bologna after  breakfast and enjoy a guided tour through this elegant city and its extensive  arcades. Pass through Neptune Square and view King Renzo Palace, the Podesta  Palace and San Petronio Basilica. Continue to Padua this afternoon. Next you  will travel to Venice for dinner and overnight.

Day 7:  Venice (B, D)
After breakfast at your hotel,  take a fascinating tour of Venice. Admire the St. Mark's Square, Doge's Palace  (external) and visit one of the famous shops selling Murano glass. This  afternoon is at your own leisure before dinner and overnight.

Day 8: Venice, Montepulciano (Tuscany), Rome  (B)
After breakfast you'll venture to through Tuscany. Famous for  its fine wine production, admire the ancient
castles surrounding the picturesque  landscape. In the well known town of Montepulciano, sample and stock up on local wines before returning to Rome where your tour concludes.

Day 9:  Rome (B)
Your vacation ends with breakfast this morning.  Airport transportation is being provided.
